We advise anyone over the age of 11 years old (except those medically exempt) to wear a face mask or covering in our station buildings.

Contactless Payments

We are accepting card payments only, contactless if you can.

Hygiene and Sanitisation

We ask all visitors to regularly wash and sanitise their hands on their visit.
Site cleaning regime of high contact points will continue to be in place.

Sanitising stations for our visitors to use at entrances throughout the site.

How can you help?

Be ready for contactless card payments.
Bring your own hand sanitiser and wash your hands often.
There are currently no indoor areas open for seating, even in wet weather. We have some sheltered areas such as the station canopy at Lakeside but please bring umbrellas if there is a chance of showers!

Whilst we have taken all reasonable care to follow government COVID-19 safety guidelines, by entering our attraction, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
