Q: What is a Full Line Return?
A: A Full Line Return ticket allows travel on the complete railway, a return trip taking approximately 40 – 45 minutes long. This ticket can be purchased at any of our three stations.
Q: My child is 17 years of age and still in full time education, do they qualify for a child ticket?
A: A child ticket includes anyone between the age of 3 and 16 years old. Anyone above the age of 16 is classed as an adult.
Q: Are dogs allowed on the train?
A: Dogs are welcome on the train, we charge a flat fare of £1.50 per dog.
Q: I am a wheelchair user, am I able to travel on the train?
A: We have a disabled access carriage which is used on selected days. We advise that you contact us in advance to ensure it is use on the day of your visit.
Q: If I buy a return ticket, can I split my journey and return on a later train?
A: Yes, you can split your journey and use the remainder of your ticket on the same day as purchase. It is best to take a note of departure times from each station. We advise that you arrive at the stations approximately 10 minutes prior to departure time.
Q: Where can I purchase train tickets at Lakeside Station?
A: Train tickets are available to purchase inside Platform One Café.
