Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway is located in the seaside resort of Cleethorpes, on the south bank of the Humber estuary to the east of Grimsby and Immingham. Our postcode for Sat Nav is DN35 0AG.

From the North: On the A1 at Knottingley go east on the M62, south on the M18 and east on the M180/A180.
From the South: On the A1/A1M take the M18 north east to the M180 then east as above on the M180/A180.
From Lincoln: Take the A46 towards Grimsby, watch out for signs to Cleethorpes as you approach Grimsby.

Once in Cleethorpes: Follow the brown and white signs for Meridian Lakeside and then Lakeside. There is a large pay and display car park right next to Lakeside Station.

Kingsway Station is further west along Kings Road next to the Leisure Centre, with a pay and display car park behind the station.

Lakeside Station is a 15 minute walk from Havens' Cleethorpes Beach & 10 minutes from Cleethorpes Pearl Holiday Park. And we are just over the road from Cleethorpes Premier Inn.

The Lollipop Road Train operates daily from Easter to September from Cleethorpes Pier (2 mins walk from National Rail Station) to a stop just behind Kingsway Station. Alternatively we around a 20 minute walk from Cleethorpes Pier.

Cleethorpes Station is operated by TransPennine Express, who operate a direct service to Manchester Airport via Manchester Piccadilly. It can also be reached via the East Coast Main Line at Doncaster.

Northern Rail also operate from Cleethorpes along the Barton-on-Humber Branch.

 

Stagecoach buses 8, 9 and 10 travel past the railway on Kings Road with bus stops situated adjacent to Lakeside Station and Kingsway Station.
