A steam-powered extravaganza welcomes the warmth of summer as the eagerly awaited Summer Steam Festival returns!

Visiting steam locomotive 'Anne' from the Perrygrove and Valley Railway Adventure will grace our tracks for the first time ever, joining forces with our own fleet for an unforgettable weekend. The pride of the CCLR fleet No.24 will be named on Saturday afternoon in a special ceremony.

For those eager to explore, Lakeside Station will host a captivating display of miniature traction engines and vintage vehicles including buses and cars, complemented by classic attractions such as crazy golf, a drive-it-yourself tram tailored for our younger enthusiasts and an exhibition showing off the history of the railway.

Quench your thirst with a selection of first-class ales from the 'Signal Box Inn' & 'Luggage Shed Lounge', and enjoy live music from Best Served Cold performing at Lakeside Station.
